Service Description

Whether you are preparing for a grading, sharpening up for competition or just generally looking to improve your karate, these Kata seminars will be a great help. We will explore core fundamental principles that are important across all kata as well as key details for each one individually as well. Brown & Black belts are invited to attend this session and more advanced details will be given to higher grades to make sure they are still improving their fundamental kata.
