children and adults
We welcome all karate students to our children and adult classes.

When you attend your first free trial class, we will happily recommend the right class and the right level of coaching for you or your child.

If your child is over four years old, they will be a Crouching Tiger Cub student and enjoy 30 or 45 minute classes especially tailored to their physical ability and concentration span.
​
All those over six years old will be a Crouching Tiger Shotokan student and will enjoy the challenge of 45 or 60 minute classes with increasing technicality until adulthood.

​In general, children over four years old will be Crouching Tiger Cub students and children from six years old to adulthood will be Crouching Tiger Shotokan students.
