Autumn Term Registration

Dear Parents and Karateka, We have been working very hard to get everything set up for our return to the venues on 14th September.  Please click here to see the provisional timetable for classes in our venues this term. In order to register for a class, please email me to let me know which class or classes that you would like to attend and I will do my best to accommodate your request or provide a convenient alternative. This week I will be placing all our existing members into classes and next week I will open up classes to new members if there are still spaces. The age recommendations on the timetable are as a rough guide only; the priority will be to fit each student into the most appropriate class for their age and grade. We have measured each venue and worked out our maximum class size to enable all our members to be at least 2 metres away from each other. We will not have any classes with more than 15 students, even if the room size is large enough to accommodate them.  We have managed to extend our hours in some venues and we have added extra days in others so we now have an extra class in Grove Park on Wednesday afternoon, we have added a class in Mortlake on Saturday at 11:00am and we also have an extra class in the Mortlake Hall on Tuesday afternoon.  There will be no increase to the term fees. The term fees are as follows: 30 minute class per week: £90 45 minute class per week: £100 60 minute class per week: £110 If you register for a second class in one of our venues then the cheaper class of the two will be half price. Alternatively you could supplement your training with more online and outdoor classes.  We will continue to offer online classes on Thursday afternoon and Saturday morning during term-time. These can be attended as stand-alone classes if you can not return to our venues, or they can be used as supplementary classes.  Outdoor classes will also continue while the weather permits, and will cost £10 per session.  Please click here to see our current risk assessment/return to class protocol document in full.  I will send further information once you have registered to clarify each venue’s policy regarding drop-off/pick-up, footwear and other social distancing/hygiene measures in place. I can confirm that face masks will not be compulsory in our classes (as social distancing will be observed) but for some venues they will be required in the corridors for children over 11 years old.  We are very excited to welcome our members back to the dojos soon!
